Okay, disregard the 24 hour thing. What if you're just trying to delete things for some other person, and nobody did anything bad?

Is this enough of a prevalent issue for there to be a 24 hour wait period for deleting comments?

Although there technically isn't much harm in implementing this, making a typo in a comment and deleting it becomes a bit more difficult when it doesn't have to.

I have people who extend the comments to my profile and start commenting there. I would want to delete those comments, and 24 hours is waaay to long. People should be able to delete any comment they want, regardless if if its appropriate or inapropriate
