Yes, just make sure they're installed in different places (which I think they are by default).

Yes, you can download Scratch 3.0, Scratch 2.0 and Scratch 1.4 seperately.

On the installation menu, remember to give them different paths. For example:
C:\Program Files\Scratch1
C:\Program Files\Scratch2
C:\Program Files\Scratch3

Maybe. I have all three but I don't know what they were.

As others have said, you can install and run all three Scratches at once on the same computer. You can even do it all at the same time (click for full size):

I don't think so, I tried to download the 1.4 editor but I couldn't because of my device.

If you use a Chromebook or macOS, then that's why. But on most computers you can install all three without problems.

Yeah, I am using a Chromebook

With offline you Can operate everything on windows.

It might be the same on Mac as well.

Chromebooks and android devices can only handle 3.0.
