No, the name doesn't have anything to do with it.

When you got that reply today, it was probably in response to your first message. If you contact them, don't contact them again for the same reason until you get a response, they are busy and it could take up to two weeks.

As stated above, your name has absolutely nothing to do with whether you get a response to a Contact Us email.

No. They were all different emails and wasn't in response to my 1st message.
