Paste this after the code for anything else you want in your siggy. It's a little short, but I wanted to make double-sure it didn't break off into two lines, which these multilink signatures have a nasty habit of doing sometimes.

Annyyyyway, this probably isn't exactly what you wanted, but I like it. I can't think of a way to make a rainbow border without making the rainbow have square/straight edges - that might look weird.

and here's an alternate version with a slightly blurred background (my favorite) :
