The - Prefix because I thought it sounded more formal, and more cool. And it is.
Hockey - I'm interested in ice hockey. Also explains my alternate account, TheIceHockeyist.
-ist - A suffix to indicate that I play hockey. Like artist, psychologist, etc.

Kay, here I go–
Wild~ Because I am. And a complete weirdo. And I have always been. For example, I talk to myself when I THINK nobody's around. Hehe.
Weasel~Three years ago, my teacher had an activity where we'd pick a word from a hat, and I drew weasel, and the picture in the ol' elementary school dictionary just looked so cute. And then I became obsessed with weasels. Until last year, I was actually a middle schooler, and when my friend and I looked up weasel again (this time using the Internet, the magical thing) the results were… *cough* revealing the true nature of weasels. So yes, I'm stuck with it now. *cough*

Where does your username come from?
I can't remember whether I posted in this or not.
But who cares.
Anyway, it was a warrior name I made up for myself. It is supposed to mean I'm as fast as a deer (and it sounds good. Not like Cheetahleg or Horseleg or something like that.) And obviously I'm probably not living up to my username standard.
If I could change my username I'd change it to Swiftfoot.
But who cares.

Where does your username come from?
I always used to be named “Link” on all sites before I came to Scratch. The reason I had that username was because the main character in the game “The Legend of Zelda” was called Link.
But later on I releasied that “Link” also means the word “link” and this caused errors on some websites so that my username was linked to something weird and then my username changed to something like “dzadssfadadsdasddsdadsdadsdsdas” randomly xD
So, when I came to Scratch, I decided to change my username to something else to avoid that happening again
I like nature a lot, so I though about a tropical forest, and then I came up with the username!
I thought that my username should be Tropic because it reminded me of a tropical forest
So, originally my username means “tropical” or “tropical forest”, but later on I also came up with a new thing that it could mean:
Tropical Productions
I also noticed that a shortcut of “Tropical Productions” would be “TP” which is the first and fourth letter in my username so it also fitted for a shortcut for my username and “Tropical Productions”
In my logo and profile picture, “TP” means both “Tropic” and “Tropical Productions”. Therefore, the username “Tropic” means:

I was planning to be called Rocketsnail, the creator of Club Penguin. To my horror, taken. I tried rsnail. Taken. Then I took my favorite letter of the alphabet (X) and made xsnail.

I signed up for a shooty game, I didn't want to use mutant squid, so then I thought ‘'hey, just add an adnoun to squid and you got it!’'
I then thought ‘'this is a shooty game, right brain?’' and it went ‘'No, really?’' Then I threw it in the trash.
Ok, take 2 of ending.
I thought of Deadly Squid. because… Not all squids are deadly. And I like squids. On second thought, maybe I should've done ModdedSofa…

Where does your username come from?
My username came from when I was a little kid…I LOVED Tinkerbell, so my mom signed me up for PixieHollow.com, or whatever it was called (the site shut down in 2013). I needed a “fairy name” (username) so I chose fairyberryflower (umm…O.o). It was already taken, so me, at age 7, changed it to fairyberry (yea…don't think so). When that didn't work, I replaced “fairy” with “shiver” (I have NO CLUE WHY!!!). Then I became Shiverberry. Well, “Shiv”.

I wanted my name to be simple and catchy. I love the idea of two opposites combining, and I also wanted my name to suit a variety of styles. That way, I don't have to switch accounts every time I get a fresh start.

Prinseskat: The name of my cat, Princess, and it's spelt funny because Princess and cat in Afrikaans is Prinses and Kat (yeah Afrikaans is really similar to English).

Where does your username come from?
My name and then some cool sounding words. I originaly came up with this name for Roblox and like it so I used it on this site.
I use Scratch on a 2022 M2 Macbook Air that is running the last version of macOS Ventura, and the Google Chrome web broswer. I also occasionally use the Scratch offline editor.
