Support for any 403-page changes. The one now looks so outdated.

Support. 403 pages could use a little spicing up and I'd like it to follow in the steps of the 404 and 500 errors by having a friendly page.

Support, although I don't think saying the page is only accessible by the Scratch Team is a good idea because it would have people just get wondering and not all pages that are only accessible by certain people are Scratch Team only (i.e. the SDS forum). I personally think that the current 403 pages should be changed, but I also think those changes should apply to the forum 403 pages too.
