Hello guys! Today I'm going to be talking about a problem on here that really concerns me, as you can see from the title its Bots Handling Reports.
This is not okay because bots aren't that great at blocking/muting people. I get that the ST can't handle every report but we are loosing accounts left and right. Sometimes people report people as a troll, and if the bots detect even the slightest bad thing they will either mute/or block the account. Personally I have not been directly affected by this by my good friends have. Sure I don't know them in real life but we are still very good friends and their accounts have been perma-banned for no reason This problem needs to be fixed, even if they still use bots to handle reports they at least need to respond to more emails. This is a very big problem that should be resolved. The people who are doing bad things are not getting notice by Scratch and this is very alarming. What do you guys think?

You can't get anything above a mute without a human moderator giving it.

The moderators are the only ones that can give you mutes I THINK

Also I thought these were just random people with something that they agree on until I looked at the pfp and bio's of each and one of them.

Even so, I doubt Scratch reads all the reports. I've heard of them taking down projects simply because enough people reported it. The people who got banned- well, I've seen the comment thread that got them banned, and it doesn't have anything that would present a valid reason to get banned.

I agree, and I really think that Scratch should take time to review everything. Banning is a very serious thing, and ST should at least know exactly who they are banning and what reason. I may not know Dani and Jussipo personally, but from what I know of RP romance it isn't really enough to get them perma-banned. I hope Scratch takes the time to look at our petition and bring them back!

This is not ok. Jussipo and Dani did nothing! They were some really kind people that shouldn't have been banned. As I have said before, our studio is home for some people, including me. When a member is banned, the ST may as well have locked them out and thrown the key into the dumpster. I don't care how long it takes, but I'll search the dumpster until we find the key!

wdym how would this be scripted? What does that even mean?

Dani and Jussipo were, and ARE our friends. They were banned for unfair reasons, and it's not just them that were banned for reasons like this. Every day, people are being banned like this, and it needs to stop.

Like this was all planned. You see their pfp's? you'll notice angelica, sandy, jupiter, theatrical, and jasmine all have profile pictures that are all the same.
Also Peggy is friends with jupiter so they probably could all be called here on the forums. Their in the same group.

Also I realized that you guys have a petition to get it signed to 100 and your halfway there. Congrats! But my guess is that the st might not realize it.

Can I explain? It's not scripted. In our group, two of the most important and kindest people were banned and it's the last straw for us.

We're all part of the same studio, which is basically how we all met each other, as far as I know. Jupiter made a forum post so we could raise awareness about it. Some of us are going to send appeals to ST once the petition reaches 100 on change.org, and/or 150 on the studio.

I only knew them for a short time before their ban, sure, but they were amazing people. You don't understand.

well I mean I did tell them that I made a discussion. Its not staged but we have been signing a petition to save our friends accounts and I want to see other stand points on it.
