I found the leaked PNG links for the emojis on the Scratch forum, by dragging the emoji and putting it as a new tab.

These are proper image URLs, so sites that request an image URL with a file type at the end can take Scratch emojis.
Also, as told by the name of the page, the pixel dimensions are 15x15.
