That is not correct. It is not allowed to link most chat websites in your YouTube channel, even ones which are “moderated.”

I would say linking to Sketchfab is not allowed because there is an option to privately contact someone through the website.

I got a message saying that my youtube about was advertising a unmoderated website and I had to take it out to advertise my channel

Right, so what I said was correct. Most chat websites are not allowed if they are moderated. In addition, all unmoderated chat websites are not allowed.
