How do I host a MAP and put it together?
To host a MAP, here's what you have to do: You need to come up with some audio that you will use.
Some Good Songs To Use In MAPs:
Fight Song, Lost Boy, Darkside, Roar, So Am I, etc.
Most people choose songs, but it can be anything else. Then you split the audio into different parts. To split the audio into different parts, you highlight the part of the audio that will be one of the parts. Then you click the Copy To New button. It will be in a different sound. Then, click the Delete button. Keep doing that until you have it split into different parts. There should be an Intro, part 1, etc. then outro. Then, in the code you will need to go to variables. Make a variable called Part. This should tell people which part it is in the song. So, the next thing you need to do is to Put the code. Put the ‘'When Flag Clicked’' block. The put your part variable block underneath it. Set it to Intro. Then get the sound block. Put the block that says “Play sound ____ until done.” In the blank put Intro. Keep doing that with part 1 along with all the other parts and the outro. Then share the project with the title: __________ Open MAP. In the blank put the song that it is. Next, you need to come up with some rules. Put all the rules that you want in the Instructions. I would also put a codeword at the bottom of the instructions and tell them to put that word in their comment so that you know they read all of the rules. In the notes and credits, put all the parts in it and who has that part. Then, when all the parts are taken and finished, backpack all the sprites that are in all of the parts that other people use. Backpack the sounds too. Then put all the backpacked sounds and sprites into the final project, save the project, and share it!! Name the title too. _______ Complete MAP. The blank is where the song title should be.
I hope this helped and have a WONDERFUL day!! (also if you want to see what all that stuff will turn out like, watch my completed MAP, coming soon

What does it mean to “backpack” sounds and sprites?Well, it is pretty easy. To “backpack” means to take a sprite, sound, code, or backdrop from a project and keep in in an area where you can easily grab it. To backpack, at the bottom of the screen, click “backpack.” Then drag the code, sprite, sound, or backdrop to it when it turns blue, stop dragging it, then it is backpacked! Hope it helped

I've moved this to the Collaboration forum where it'll probably have a better audience.

Do you know how I could copy and paste a map into my own game? One of my friends in my class has done it for a project (its not cheating in our class lmao) and I want to learn how! ?
