As previously stated, everything on Scratch is protected by some magical copyright law that means anything can be used as long as credit is given. That doesn't necessarily make this a good idea, though.

Hey so if you would read a wikipedia article you would know that Scratch is licensed under this really cool copyright law that lets you use copyrighted assets for free if credit is given.

Plus scratch is an organization, it is nonprofit so i don't think Warner Bros would care if someone said they live in Gotham City on a nonprofit kids website, that's the equivalent of making websites like twitter or github make sure that all locations that users type in (because the locations arn't preset) not be copyrghted assets. It's called a reference jesus christ

I'm pretty sure that law only works for projects and not the main site.
