Hello Scratch Community, I have a problem that my first account wich contains my CS50 project was lost.
My password manager accidentally forgot to save it and now I was a very big problem.
I tried to reset the password by entering my email, It says “ No account associated with the email”
I tried to reset the password by entering my username, It says “Check your email for resetting the password”

Nothing had came into my email, neither did the first email confirmation.
Spam folder are empty, and I don't know what happens.
I create this account and the verify email did get sent. What a luck.

Is there anything can the Scratch Team do to recover my main account ? My main projects are stuck there

There is a third party viewer for scratch projects, and i was able to recover your project

If there is no way for the Scratch Team to authenticate that the account is yours, then I doubt that much can be done. I'd recommend attempting to reset your password another time and checking all folders.

Regarding your project, you are in luck.

Turbowarp allows you to view projects, even if they had not been made public. Using the link you had sent, I was able to load it here. You can go to file and then click “save to your computer” in order to save it. From there, you can reimport it into scratch by creating a new project, going to file, and clicking “load from your computer”

For any other projects lost, you might want to consider checking your search history and entering their ID on turbowarp.

I did use contact us button but sadly…. no one responded in 4 days.

Contact us does take weeks or months because of how much people send them messages
