Impossible. No matter how good the editor is, every image will still be stored as vector or bitmap internally. But it would be good for new users if more tools from the bitmap editor were added to vector.

Use a real image editor. Scratch isn't supposed to be a place with high tech image stuff.

Ugh why was this thread bumped. I think this is a terrible idea. Not only do I think that bitmap and vector should not coexist on Scratch, I don't think that there are even any image editors that work like this, period! I have an idea for a third editor but it's not this Mother 3 chimera nightmare thing… No support.
