Erm... Is this okay...? I hate to ask...

I really hate to ask this publicly on the forums, and I'm worried about contacting the ST directly using Contact Us simply because I'm worried I won't get a reply.

So with that in mind, let us advise viewer discretion and take this as if we are mature.

My question is if this would be appropriate: Vomiting (also Throwing Up). How much counts as too much? Is any amount too bad? Please tell me your possible reaction (FE, NFE, Censored/Deleted, which can be abbreviated as C/D for my purposes)

Let's take the following scenarios. Assume the vomit is cartoon-ish, as I am aware too-realistic might get immediately deleted. Also assume that we have no sound effects.

Vomiting into a can or something - and aiming perfectly. Vomit appears for only a few seconds, if even that. Also vomiting off-screen or any method where it appears for only a few seconds.

Vomiting into a can and missing some. Small amounts of vomit appear outside of the can.

Vomiting into a can and mostly missing - Large amounts of vomit appear outside of the can.

Vomiting directly onto the floor - small amounts

Vomiting directly onto the floor - large amounts

Vomiting all over the screen; the screen is completely greenish-eww.

Vomiting with the character looking greenish beforehand.

Vomiting with the character not even looking sick - it happens randomly and unexpectedly.

Any of the above with medium-loud audio of “Bleeurgh” or equivalent.

As I said, assume no sound effects are used.

I was referring to your last line of your first post. But not that important. Never mind.

I'm sorry you spent so much time coming up with all those cases - because there aren't any detailed rules like you are implying. So much depends on context and the other elements of the project.

If you think it is inappropriate for all ages, don't include it in your projects - or, if you see it in someone else's projects, consider reporting it.

Sorry. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the info.
