I don't know if this is asked before but all I found were posted a long time ago.

So, is it possible to convert a Scratch 3.0 project into an app?
If it is, may I ask how?

What do you mean by “app”? Like a PC application, as an executable? Or an android application?

If you want it as a PC/laptop application, check out this guide. If you want a mobile application, sorry to say not technically possible but you can remake the project on app inventor which is very similar to scratch and is for mobile apps

It's possible. Use HTMLifier to get the HTML, then convert it to an app with something like Cordova.

That's interesting

If you mean a app like unity you can use a scratch -> javascript website but everything might turn out weird because it won't all be the same. If you know the javascript code that is the same as its scratch version of it I recommend you just do it yourself if you know the code.

Leopard is better for learning JavaScript than for doing actual things. HTMLifier is better for things like this.

There might be converters out there but for all I know scratch isn’t ever making an official one.

As for file types, look for an sb3 to exe or APK file converter because scratch is Computationally based and you can’t code a mobile application on scratch- well, technically you can, but you won’t get coding in leopard or Java or swift because of… Gwah! This is getting complicated…

To be simple it’s a maybe depending on what you scrounge.
