The credits page says the following
Many thanks to the following artists for their contributions to the Scratch sprite library:
Natalie Rosalinda Hall, Wren McDonald, Leigh McG, Andrew Rae, Daria Skrybchenko, Robert Hunter, Alex Eben Meyer, Ding Ding Hu, Owen Davey.

So, I assume that one of those people drew the SVGs

Mate, you’re going to need to be more specific. Which .svg’s from scratch, where are they located, etc? I need more information.

Ah, thanks for the clarification.

Anyway, I believe the people who made the art there were the same people listed on the credits page under illustrators. So, the answer can be found on the first post of the thread.

Oh, that's actually a really good question! It's some nice artwork for sure. I had always assumed that they were raster images. You learn something new every day

the loading blocks are SVGs, i dont know why there are so much SVGs on scratch.
Maybe the scratch team wants smooth images?

this has trancparency in it so you used turbowarp to make it or just uploaded images.
