This is my first dive into OS development, so please don't be too hard on me

It's in extremely early development, so many features you would expect in an OS aren't there yet, but I've done my best to make what is already there the best it can be!

Please leave feedback, ideas for improvements, etc.

Although, as you said, this is just a start, I still bet this will become a great OS! Maybe to solve the username-not-being-centered problem, you could put it in a corner, or add a certain amount of space after the username depending on its length (I could give you a script for the latter).

The beginnings of an app menu has been added + some vectorization which brings GeOS to 0.21!

Shutdown button brings GeOS to 0.22! (yes, it's that important)
