And yes, a scratcher can be unfairly banned for two months. But it depends on a few things:
-How serious the offense was
-If the scratcher has repeatedly been banned for the same offense before

If you are unfairly banned, used Contact Us.

If they don’t appeal the ban using the box provided, then yes, this could happen

Well, no, if someone gets the option to appeal the ban but they don't, then their account isn't deleted. It's not even “pretty much deleted,” as all they have to do is send an appeal.

If the offense was serious and they've been banned multiple times for it before, then I would not consider that to be an “unfair ban.”

This I agree with, although maybe stop and think about whether or not you really were unfairly banned. Most bans are not unfair, so if you claim “unfair ban” in that case, then the appeal won't work.
