There is no reason to do this. I don't want to enumerate all my projects, and “Untitled” just makes a lot more sense.

People can name projects if we use the method like now

I support the above idea. (a.k.a I don't support) Because he makes a great point Un means not. Title means Name. Unless you're thinking of calling it Unnamed or Not Named, no.
