We just need to wait and see if the scratch teams come out with any news. I have a feeling that there maybe a problem with like different accents, and different languages that could cause some problems. I will see if I can try and find any news on it, on social media platforms and some other stuff.

Bro, even if they were planning to do that, you`d have to go to google, record your voice, post it with your full name and then Scratch would have about a fraction of a chance of finding you.

No, I think that actually only tells how loud audio is played. Because currently there is no way for scratch to detect any input from the microphone. I mean someone can try and make their own Voice recognition extension (Modding) but I don't know if other people could see/use that custom extension.
