That's rather pointless, it would be better to search for similar games, see how they're coded, and proceed from there.
A step by step tutorial would leave you with a game you haven't really made, just followed someone else's instructions.

how do I handle collisions with a top-down scroller where you use left+right keys to turn and up+down keys to move? like, collisions with the map? ive been trying to solve it but most of the time you can glitch through the wall by going backward.
