Becoming a SDS Curator
User can become a SDS curator by being active and dedicated on Scratch for several months and answering to a lot of comments in the SDS studio. If you all of these, you make get invited. Please do not ask to be a curator in the studio, even if you believe you have been helpful. That is a curators decision to make, not yours.
I added what I thought should be added and bolded it.

Well, technically it is. The Questions About Scratch Forum doesn't use stickies, as their would be WAY to many. Instead, they are all compiled as Indexed Topics into the first sticky.

Becoming a Member of the Scratch Team
You must be 18 years or older and attend MIT Media Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. By being a member of the Scratch Team you are responsible for providing information about updates, completing tasks issued by a project manager, performing routine maintenance on the Scratch servers, as well as improving the Scratch website and program.
