My browser / operating system: Windows 8.1, Firefox 53.0, No Flash version detected
Basically everyone knows that Firefox is better than internet. But the problem is that when ever I open a project or make a project from Firefox, it just wont load, I wait for hours well it never loads.To make a project or to see a project I have to open internet and everyone knows its slow! Why is this happening? Please help? I want to use Firefox to create projects and see projects? Please help? Please?

You need to have flash to Edit, View and Load projects in scratch. And as seen in the snip of your OP above, you don't seem to have flash installed or enabled.

As -Vuton- said above, you don't have the flash browser plugin installed. In order to install it, go to Adobe's website and follow the instructions.

Firefox developer edition is being super slow with scratch and i don't like it. I don't like chrome so my go to browsers are mozilla firefox developer edition and Microsoft edge

Why are you using Dev edition? Normal Firefox works.

I use Firefox and it doesn't load if the internet or network is down,but nothing else.
