Meme Maker
Introducing Meme Maker, a Scratch project that lets you put captions on a picture to make a Meme. You can choose a font size and color. Let me know what other features you would like. Here a video demo on YouTube where I used Alexa (from Amazon Echo) as the voice over.
I added a few of the classic meme pictures, but you can remix the project to add your own favorites.

What i want to know is how do you make a meme project on this game (scratch)
I regret to so say but on my regards you don't know anything about making meme game
