where is the app 'scratch' in the google playstore? disappeared? + smartlink for chromebooks also disappeared?

hello please check the link to the app scratch and smartlink because I want to connect my ev3 robots to scratch to test for the children..

I don't think the Scratch app on Google Play and Scratch Link work on Chromebooks.

You can download Google Play apps on Chromebooks version 80 and over. The Scratch App is not available on the web version of the Play Store for some reason. If your Chromebook is up to date, just go to the Google Play Store app.
Edit: It actually works in the web version on my Chromebook, so your one must be outdated. I don't think this is an issue with Scratch though.
Another edit: That video was recorded on Windows 10, so AFAIK Scratch Link is not available on Chromebook. And there's another way to get Scratch on Chromebook. All you need to do is turn on Linux and download the offline editor as .deb.

The app is supposed to work on Chromebooks because that is what Scratch tells Chromebook users to use.

I'm able to view the app on Google Play. Maybe it's because I'm logged in to the same Google account as my Android device?

Please can somebody help me.. to use the scratch with EV3-link to LEGOrobots on Chromebooks..
the link to the app of scracth to use it scratch-notinbrowser do not work on chromebooks..

I have chromeOS 86, can you show that ‘ev3’ works on the online webbrowser of Chrome/ChromeOS? thx
