i am planning to make an os in scratch. so in the setup of the os, am i allowed to make it so that the user has to make their own password in the project. their username would be their scratch username. would this be allowed?

Yes, it is allowed. Just recommend to not put in their scratch password (who would do that), and don't use cloud, as cloud has limited data.

Passwords cannot be shared on Scratch since its personal info. If you give your password out, it will be violated and you will be blocked on Scratch.

Im doing a similar thing where Im making a site close to Roblox which requires a login/signup page. I personally believe that it is allowed if you write in your description to NOT use your real password. Another option, which I'm not sure is allowed or not, is that you can make your own secret language. Lets say someone's password is has a 5 in it. The 5 can be converted into a Z. I hope it makes sense…?
