Assistant Public Relations Officer: @totesme (Helps the PR Officer and fills in for them when they are absent, makes sure our list of partnerships and federations is up to date, checks our partners and federations every few weeks to make sure they are active.)

Secretary: @FollowCherryBlossom (Gathers unclaimed orders, bumps the topic, makes sure orders are done on time.)

Assistant Secretary: @AbigailMoore (Helps Secretary and fills in for them when they are absent, checks in with customers every few weeks to see if they still need their orders.)

USS Reps: @Lydzwinry(3 votes), @notgoodatc0de, and @pufferfish101007 (all 2 votes) (Represents our shop in the USS federation. These are the only BoD members who can have multiple positions on the BoD.)

Yes, when we merge I will have whoever the new Chairman is call an activity check, and I'm planning on it being a two week one that anybody who doesn't respond in that time gets fired, just to be sure we have all active workers in TES 5.0
