Terms:

1. Workers

1.1 All workers must be respectful to everyone, even if they are not very nice. They must also follow the CGs.
1.2 Workers who get 5 points will be fired, and cannot apply for one week. You will get points for:
a) Not following the community guidelines - 2 points
b) Not being respectful - 1 point
c) Not completing orders on time and do not have a valid reason - 2 points
d) Not responding to activity checks and not on leave - 1 point
e) Get a bad review from customers and proved by any member of the BoD - 1 point
f) For teachers, being absent from a lesson without any prior notice - 2 points
1.3 1 point will be deducted every month or every good review (at least 8/10) from a customer.
1.4 For programmers, you must complete orders on time, and with good quality. If you cannot manage to finish it, you must explain to customers yourself.
1.5 You must respond to activity checks on time unless you are on leave. Fill in the leave form below to take leave for more than 3 days. Include the codeword CrEATiVeAC in your response to activity checks.
1.6 You must fill in the application form completely.
1.7 You may set additional cost to services we provide, but limited to one favourite and two loves. Prices are negotiable.
1.8 You may include somebody to take over your job when you are taking leave, but that's not obligatory.

2. Customers

2.1 You have to be respectful to everyone. If our workers are disrespectful, report them to any member of the BoD.
2.2 You must set reasonable deadlines. Orders with deadlines below one day will be rejected. Do also remember that our timezones may be different.
2.3 For now, only scripting orders are accepted.
2.4 Your order will be rejected if you don't write it clearly, eg either one, anything will do. You must fill in the application form completely.
2.5 You must give credit if you use anything from us.
2.6 If you are absent for a lesson without a valid reason, then you cannot have another one before you give a valid explanation or within 3 weeks.
2.7 We cannot guarantee that any services we provide meet any or all of your expectations.
2.8 You must pay the full value to a product or service we provide to us and our staff. Prices are negotiable.

3. Partners

3.1 We have the right to accept or decline your partnership at any time.
3.2 You must fill in the partnership form completely.
3.3 You do not have respond to activity checks.
3.4 You may or may not take orders from us, but you can order from us.

4. BoD

4.1 BoD members are only elected, you cannot apply to be one.
4.2 You must only do things within your power.
4.3 When it comes to big things, eg. firing staff or changing the Terms, you must get at least half the BoD's mandate.

5. General

5.1 These Terms apply from GMT 00:00 on 12 December 2020 until further notice.
5.2 These Terms are last revised at GMT 07:12 on 11 December 2020.

Staff application forms.
As CR Academy teachers are to engage in lessons with the students, they are to go through strict selection procedures, with only the best of the best finally end up serving as CR Academy teachers. All shortlisted applicants will be informed 1 week after their application. They will then be invited to take part in a interview, after which successful applicants will be notified in a week.

Measures taken to protect students and staff alike
CR Academy classes, if you sign up from here, you will be automatically placed in a stream where you will only be taught on Scratch. However, we want to ensure that our students and staff alike do not come across harm in the first place, we have set up this system!
Lesson managers
We have lesson managers occasionally eavesdropping on classes, and that will mean that they can catch unruly students, and/or unkind teachers.
They are CR Academy's first line when it comes to protecting our students. Lesson managers will report all behavior that is any way harmful or flouting the Community Guidelines back to us, allowing us to take further action

As we would like to ensure our student's safety, we strongly encourage students to fill up this feedback form honestly, as that will allow us to take the appropriate actions to protect you better.

I am sorry, but upon further inspection of your coding school, I decided to void our partnership request. I noticed that you are using an outside website as an unmoderated chat with your students. A Scratch startup doing that is unacceptable, and thus we are not going to partner with you. Until and unless one of these conditions are satisfied. 1. Your move out of scratch and partner us as a non-scratch startup. 2. You remove the requirement for students to have the outside account.

It is not against scratch rules if it is moderated, In this case it is allowed

I will take a look and see who and how the chat is being moderated. We also care for our students, we want to keep them safe as well.

The message was directed at the shop in general, not you.
Not to mention the only thing that was quoted in my post that was written by you was your form.
CR Academy costs money to benefit them, and it uses wix with emails. This would be fine but
some of there operations (like this one) are done on Scratch. And are related to their wix operations.
Do you see where i'm going regarding Scratches terms & guidelines?

And I would like to add reading this further. Asking for a partnership then declining it is not ok.

The CR Team messaged me regarding sharing emails and said they would stop using a form but that since hasn't happened.

I agree, I spent hours building my plan and making sure I was following guidelines. Somebody else (The other co-founder) asked. They probably didn't communicate
