There is a “Convert to Bitmap” button, so it's definitely vector.you're correct.I found the svg https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/398360061/editor/it's not in svg!

If your project had been converted to bitmap before, it will all be in a single piece, like an image that you can't edit.Open the project and switch to the Costumes tab. If you can select specific elements, it’s vector. do you even see the pixelsThose pixels are caused by rendering and don't yet mean it's bitmap.

You can trace the sprite in vector, I'm pretty sure. It might look a little off but it would be a high quality sprite.

Because nobody mentioned that yet: that's show the Scratch cat looked like in early Scratch 3.0 designs.Wow.. that would be weird, but it would be nice to have it in the library still
