Yesterday, without my knowledge, one of my brothers told a villager to move… does anyone have any advice on drowning sorrows or something?

I believe another player who is not the resident rep can convince a villager to stay- I'm not sure if it still applies while they're in boxes, though. Just try talking to the villager and see if anything happens.

I READ THIS THING WHERE IF YOU WRAP 3 FOREIGN FRUITS WITH WRAPPING PAPER AND GIFT IT TO ONE OF YOUR VILLAGERS, YOU GET THEIR PHOTO
I TRIED IT ON DRIFT AND RENEE
BOTH TIMES IT WORKED
I'M IN SHOCK RIGHT NOW

The villager was Joey and the brother was my five year old brother thats not even allowed on the switch. Sadly, he'll have moved out by now. Time to villager hunt!
