^^^ Yep, it does look like you have a certain extension enabled, turning all extensions off might help.

Oops, forgot to turn off Dark theme, let me turn it off and I will give you a screenshot.

Also, if it's the extension I think it is, don't just turn off the addons, turn all extensions off at chrome://extensions by toggling the blue toggle.
