Re-add the confetti effect
There used to be an effect where hovering over the _10mil_ emoji would cause confetti to appear.
It should be re-added, it sounds like it was pretty cool!
It looked like this (thanks –Explosion–):

The novelty of it wore off and it got real annoying very quickly.

Re-add the confetti effect
When hovering over the emoticon, confetti used to burst out over the page, though the process couldn't be repeated until the effect had finished. It was designed by Scratch Team member Designerd and the confetti effect was implemented by Raimondious. However, the effect is no longer available. Occasionally, the emoji will glitch and ‘break’ the page. When it was introduced, there was a typo in the code which caused it to not work again for a while after each time it ran for some users. The confetti effect now seems to be discontinued.,
The second problem in bold can be fixed, but it's the first that I'm more concerned about.

Sorry, no support. It would cause the site to go down even more now that it has more load as its a bigger site now, used by thousands of users.

The first one wasn't. I never said it was. That's why
it's the first that I'm more concerned about.

Oh wow, that does sound cool!
confetti used to burst out over the page, though the process couldn't be repeated until the effect had finished. They should've made it so you can only do it once per emoji on a page without reloading. Maybe that could've solved some problems.

They should've made it so you can only do it once per emoji on a page without reloading.Bump - New ideas in addition to the above:
- Make it an easter egg– so it could be like hover over it and press a specific key on your keyboard, and then the effect happens. or
- Make it annual– so it only works once a year on a special occasion. I'm thinking for Scratch's anniversaries; it would make sense too.

Support, because, well… it's the new year, so why not?
Edit: The
emoji was created when the 10 million Scratcher milestone was reached, hence the keyword of _10mil_. The confetti effect was only available on the day when the emoji was implemented, however, this could return for the New Year.

Re-add the confetti effect
Eh, I don't think it's a very necessary thing. Like, it can return on special days for a few days, but otherwise, it just would be annoying- just imagine you are trying to read a comment and your cursor touches the confetti emoji, boom confetti effect which you saw a thousand times.
Or there should be an option to disable/enable it in Settings (default should be set to “disabled”).

Re-add the confetti effect
As fun of an idea this is, I feel like it would lag the site. Sometimes you see people spam the “_10mil_” emoji in a comment. What if all that was triggered at once? Even if it doesn't lag the entire site, it may be slightly inconvenient for some users. Maybe bringing the confetti effect on certain days would be better.

They can both be fixed, I see no reason why the first one can't be. Also, the second one was already fixed.
