How do you make banners?

I have seen in many people’s signatures and posts that include banners. How do you make these banners??

You can use https://www.canva.com/ or https://www.befunky.com/
Most people use canva, I use both. You can use canva and befunky to make banners or even thumbnails/ profile pictures.

I use the Scratch paint editor itself.
You can go to the Request forum, find a suitable shop, and order there though.

If you want the banner to take up the entire space of your signature, then go for 690 x 150 or a multiple of that (e.g 1380 x 300). If you want a thinner image, you can always shorten the height dimension (for reference, my banner is 1380 x 120, which scales down to 690 x 60 when displayed beneath my posts).
