How to create an invisible interactive object
Hello,
I am trying to create “clickable” parts of a bitmap image, I found several workarounds on the wiki yet none of these work. Tried ghost effect but I don't know how is this supposed to work. Then I tried to create 1x1 bitmap (red + transparent) so I could easily zoom those sprites and switch between them. The same - clicks do not get registered.

Ghost effect works. A sprite that is showing but has a ghost effect is still clickable and still interactive with everything else, as if it were showing normally. Just one thing I noticed. Ghost effect of 100% didn't work for me, but 99% did.
