Oh well. Thanks anyway! (I really like your archive by the way! I'm a big fan )
@technoboy10 set up this version of the archive, so make sure to thank them too.

Yeah curious as to why the change sorter is being populated. I was under the understanding that it needed the .changes file as that was where it was stored, but at any rate at least the data is available now. I also see archive.glitch.pizza is back, but it was down for enough years that most of the links have been retargetted sadly.
I've fixed all the links.

Also, I found an MIT archive of some old 0.x .scratch files:
https://web.media.mit.edu/~jmaloney/mit_scratch/
Thought it would be interesting
Also, (just a suggestion) maybe add a download button for each Scratch version on arhcive.glitch.pizza as well? I know they're accessible through https://archive.glitch.pizza/mods/thenameoftheimageyouwanttodownload.image , but still; for non-techy people who want Scratch 0.x/NetScratch/Scratch SpinOffs/other images, I think it would be possible to add a download button (I'm a beginner JavaScript and HTML coder as well, so, no offense!, I don't think it's very hard; maybe just a link to redirect them to the associated …/mods/image.image URL).

Interesting find with those sample projects. I will mirror the archives and put the media on https://scratcharchive.naleksuh.com

I believe some of the old versions were given to us on the condition that there's no download button.

All Version's of Scratch before 1.3 will not be able to close easily it requires the task manager. Maybe Because of The lower compatible with Newer pc or any other buggy interface.
Just For a repost remember this

Yes; I have noticed that; especially because for Scratch 0.2, I'm using a Windows emulator on my ChromeBook.

I believe some of the old versions were given to us on the condition that there's no download button.

If I understand correctly, these versions were involuntarily leaked. But of course, that would likely be worse than me putting a download button. I guess we'll just see if there are any complaints.

This occurs when you run a 1.3 image on a 1.4 VM. If you run the images on a 1.3 VM, they will close just fine. You can download 1.3 at http://download.scratch.mit.edu/WinScratch1.3.zip

Nope, voluntarily released by the Scratch Team with some conditions on their use.

and also I think the archive website needed to say it's not affiliated with the MIT Media Lab.

It was 5-6 years ago, and this was arranged by @technoboy10. Can't remember exactly.

The first time I made my account was in 2008, but then made a new account in 2011, this one. I joined when scratch version 1.2.1 just came out, and I loved it. Sadly, I don't have any pictures to show you, but I did find the exact date in which I joined on archive.org.

Its right here! :)

I wasn't so active on my other account, and refused to make anything scared of the internet (we were all like that at one point ). What I find weird, and still find weird, is that back then, if you released a project, and it got onto the front page, you would celebrate, then not make anymore projects. But nowadays, people are inspired to make new projects after getting fame.

Let me explain this better: Back then, users would release a project, and hope it gets onto the front page. If you got lucky, and it got top loved or something, it was very rare for another one of your projects to get famous as well. The person who changed this was a user by the name of “Astro947.” When he got onto the front page, he didn't want to quit or give up, rather he made better projects. So, therefore, more of his projects got onto the front page. So, in other words, he was the first really famous user.

There was another user, by the name of archmage. He got onto the front page a lot, but wasn't super famous.

Astro created the whole idea of animation being popular. So, whenever you look at the front page now, and see an animation, just thank astro.

Theres some Scratch history for ya!
Well, I joined in 2009, so I remember most of that. But I forgot about my Scratch account for five months after that, so… yeah. I made an archive of Scratch versions I've found scattered around the internet, but there's nothing before 1.0.
im a 2015'er

Use my tutorial here, or go to https://squeak.js.org/run/ and drag and drop the .image files there. Also, with the tutorial link, you can download Scratch 0.2 and 0.1!!!! Or, go to https://scratcharchive.naleksuh.com or https://archive.glitch.pizza and click on the one you want. (On archive.glitch.pizza, click the “Scratch 1.4 v” and click “February 14, 2004”, then click the check-mark (✅) and it'll load!) Also, if you want some Scratch versions not in these archives, I have my own GitHub archive with more .image files here.

No one is probably here anymore… but I noticed something: scratcharchive.naleksuh.com doesn't want to load! See below:

Has been showing me this for a couple of weeks; I don't know why though… Tried it on an iPad in a different location, and it worked! But not on my main computer…

It is up for me as well. It may be your network connection if it is loading from another location fine. Can you load other websites like the main https://naleksuh.com itself?
