Unless if you wanted to use Alice, there really isn't much you can do for 3D on Scratch 3.0. There are plenty of projects showing off proper 3D rendering code, but writing the software is a bit more advanced.

Since this is an old topic, we should probably close it.

I just saw this ScratchX ‘s 3D thing and I was soo excited to do so but unfortunately, you see that it requires adobe flash and the news said that adobe flash doesn’t support it anymore
