List of Scratch Team Members (some members on the Scratch Team are not included in this list)

The Scratch Team has done many amazing things for us over the years. The Scratch Team moderates the website, making sure it's safe for everyone, they keep the forums in check, they develop the website, and overall keep the website running smoothly. Without them, this website would have gone down years ago. I am so glad we get to have amazing people to help keep Scratch amazing for everyone. That's why, I am happy to announce once again an annual event that hopefully, a lot of fellow Scratchers will participate in:
Scratch Team Appreciation Day — November 9th, 2020.

On this date, I hope many Scratchers will participate in giving the appreciation the Scratch Team deserves. What you can do on this date is simply go on one of the Scratch Team's member's profile and comment on why you appreciate them, and thank them for keeping Scratch a safe place for everyone.

I hope I can convince you to join me at this annual event. If you do support this event, please share something a Scratch Team member did for you, or share this topic with other people so that this may spread throughout Scratch.

Awesome! Is there a significance as per why it is on November 9th, or did you just look at a calendar and say, “Hmm….eenie meanie minie…you! November 9th!”

I just realized that ST Appreciation Day is the same date as my join date; November 9. (I joined in 2017, though….)

I had thought of the event sometime in October (I believe the 7th or 8th), and I wanted to give people a month to find out about it. So I made the original topic on the 9th of October and just set the date a month after.

Even if you really were a ST member, normally ST member's alts don't get ST status.

Cool idea. SHould we try and make sure most members get at least one comment saying thanks.

I'd be willing to see what your design would be, although I can't guarantee that I'll change the current one for it.

So I started making it.. and I got to 7 ST members. This is how it looks:

To be honest it's pretty bad. xP

There's no way I'll be able to squeeze even half of all the ST in there and still make it look good.

Plus, it looks pretty messy anyway. And I think there's too many art styles here that all clash.

The current thumbnail is good. :P

I'm working on drawing them all but it wouldn't be a good thumbnail as they have to overlap else there would be too many people so the best option is probably to go for a few of the more iconic ones
