im trying to make a gun sound effect on my project but dont know how. could i get some help?

I use Soundbible to get sounds. Download the sound you want from the website, then go to
sounds > upload sound > downloads
on the project, then select your sound.

i bet u are right but how do i “upload sound” as you described?
