Play [sound] from (time) block.
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/435867322/ is better. This was made for this discussion, but the block is called
define play sound (#) from (time seconds) seconds long until done, length (length)and the project was made by me. A disadvantage is that you need to type the length of the sound (without the length it would be like a
start sound [ v] from () :: soundblock).

Your thinking to hardno support, scratch is not a sound mixer.In that case, all the sound blocks should be removed.

support. i don't think it's possible to start a sound at a certain time without making an entirely new sound effect and trimming that.
