What is this?

This shop is for shops with shop needs! This includes banners and BBCode layouts. It is not a federation; all shops participating in workshops are eventually removed.

Who founded this?

DancingNekoGirl founded this shop on August 27th, 2020, but it wasn't opened until October 8th, 2020.

Are you hiring?

I'm are not hiring at the moment, check back later if I need staff!

What qualifies you to help with shops?

I owned the Nougat Shoppe and made a BBCode layout for Lightning Studios. I've also made most of the banners featured in my shop (one was made by Buzzy Bee Banners.) I was also a co-founder of SEA: Shop Establishing Association, which had almost the same services as this shop.

What timezone are orders completed in?

All orders will (usually) be completed in the Central Time Zone.

How will you notify me of my order?

If you do not specify how to notify you, I will tell you on your profile.

Part 1: Rights and Responsibilities of the Customer

1.1: The customer has the right to:

• Request a sevice
  
• Give a review
  
• Cancel an order
  
• Request or cancel a partnership
  
• Give constructive criticism on orders and their honest review
  
• Not give a review if they'd like
  
• Basically anything else other than the stuff you can't do.
  

1.2: The customer cannot:

• Give a deadline of less than 3 days.
  
• Be rude to me or any staff that I may hire.
  
• Spam or demand something
  
• Order if orders are closed (it isn't super important)
  
• Advertise unless I give permission
  
• Add our shop to any federations unless I give permission
  

1.3: Any orders with a deadline of “ASAP”, I will do just that. Meaning I will get it done when possible. This means that it may or may not be done in a short amount of time.
1.4: There is no ban list for orders. A customer will not be banned from the shop, however your order will not be priority if you do not follow the rules.
1.5: Customers must give credit to this shop if they use it. It can be discreet, as long as you give credit.
1.6: Orders will not be taken if the form is not used.

Part 2: Other Rules

2.1: Only owners of shops/people planning on owning a shop are allowed to attend workshops.
2.2: Workshops will be held at random. There will be a studio to announce workshop sessions. These sessions may (the codeword for partnerships and workshops is etilrats. Thanks to glitterspring1 for suggesting a codeword) include how to find the right name for your shop, getting customers, and picking your staff.
2.3: Partnerships are taken on a case-by-case basis. Starlite Layouts does not base partnerships on anything other than whether or not your shop is the right fit for a partnership.
