No, you can't. Games made on Scratch can really only be used on Scratch.

yes and if you can't directly port from scratch you can make it off of Construct 2 from Here I don't know the rest of the url but you can remake it on that then export it to Apple but you will need the full version which costs money.

No dear Apple app store Policies did not allow you to upload the game on the app store it only happens if the scratch is also added on the app store…..

not now. scratch is not yet available to download on IOS. in scratch 3.0, they might not only make it on the computer, but also make it for other devices. i am not too sure if this is true. so you can play scratch 3.0 on your phone. but for now, you can only reply to comments and things like that on your devices.

It's possible, but there is a developer fee on the Apple App Store, I've heard:

(this only works on the mac os version of BYOB)
Install BYOB (see resources and links for a link to the website).
Open your SB file.
Click “Compile this project” under the Share menu.
after doing that, you will get a APP file which you can upload onto the app store.

Create app on Scratch>
Run with TurboWarp>
Save to computer as .js>
Copy and paste code to a development environment>
Upload to Apple Store

I'm kind of between projects right now. I got Windows 11 sim done (for now), I've taken a break from DiskMod, and I'm just kind of chillin. Of course, I am starting to join Lavascript, and am working on my mysterious Adacraft projects, Snap! creations, and awesome book.
