You can either:
a) Apply to become a member of the ST
or
b) Create the project on Scratch then upload it to a website that allows you to sell it for money
if you want to recieve money from Scratch.

Yes, it is possible to get money from Scratch.
However, owning an account is not a paying job.
In order to recieve money from Scratch, you must be a member of the Scratch Team.
one day i will be the member of scratch team. NOW THATS HOW YOU EARN MONEY!
Just keep in mind that the Scratch Team is a paying job. They don't get money from making projects, they get it from answering reports, moderating the site, fixing bugs on the website, ect.
