I wasn't quite sure where to put this topic so I put it here because technically it is a question. Everyone is saying the “girls rule the world” but if you think about it god created both male and female for a reason. Now what girls are saying is that they rule the world and that boys have no place on the world. also some of the comments were EXTREMELY hurtful to me. Check out some of these comments, (removed by moderator - please don't name names)
I think it was just too much and i was VERY upset with what these scratchers where doing. Please Please PLEASE help me. Thx. BTW i don't see any projects that say boys rule.

Well they are in it hurts my feelings.

If the user is using the phrase to harass scratchers (example: girls rule the world all boys suck) then it is reportable. If they are simply just saying it with no bad intentions, then leave it be.

I reported the project and all the comments saying suggestive things. I suggest you report it too so that the Scratch Team will look at it sooner.

It is allowed, because it's saying “Girls aren't dumb Barbie dolls, they're equal to men”. If it's saying it as a “Boys suck!” type of remark, then that's reportable.

Please don't make these topics, you're both naming and shaming and exposing everyone to the mean stuff. Report and move on.

“Girls rule” might just be trying to empower and support females, since they're sometimes discriminated.
However, if they're saying it along with “boys suck,” it's sexism and can be reported.

Now, I'm a boy, but even if I were a girl I would report these. I don't thing discrimination is allowed, and that's what this sounds like.

The phrase “girls rule the world” by itself is not sexist, it's just an empowering phrase. Just like how Black Lives Matter does not mean all the other lives don't, “Girls rules the world” does not mean that only girls rule the world and boys don't, it just means girls and boys are equal. Why they couldn't say that, I don't know. It doesn't fit on a t-shirt as well so maybe that's why.
However, in what you're saying, it sounds like they are saying more than just “girls rule the world” and are also saying sexist things about how boys are not as good. In this case, you can report them because they are being sexist, rude, and discriminatory. But you can't report them just for saying “girls rule the world” because it is not sexist by itself.

As a male, you wouldn't understand. I'm not going to start a rant on women rights and that stuff, but tl;dr for that is that you don't realize how many rights that men have over women. Women re equal to men and saying otherwise is very sexist. However, being biologically female, I may be a bit biased towards feminism. Anyway, saying “Girls rule!” is great, because it's feminist and other great stuff. However, if it is used in a way against men, it is reportable.

I was aware that Males, historically, got more rights than Females. Women are equal to men. I'm not sexist, I know that. If somebody said ‘Girls Rule’, then that's fine. In fact, I agree with most of your statement.
