i am tiring to fit it in a space but its to big

You can't control it but you shouldn't need to. It will be as big as it needs to show whatever text you put in it.

Sorry, but you can't change it, it changes itself depending on how much text you have in it. I would suggest either using a “Text Engine (You can look it up in the Scratch search bar)” or dividing the text up into other “say” blocks. I hope I helped!
