There IS a reward for getting every gem!! But it's not that good. After you collect every gem, go to gallery and select “Special Items”. You will see that you can equip a new suction shot

if you get all the ghosts, all the achivements and all the collectables, your poltergust will turn gold. it is a great way to flex on your scarescraper teammates. but i won't be getting it because one of the achivements is revived 20 teammates and i dont have switch online :(
