When I was making pixel art the message popped up saying Scratch has crashed when I reload the page, my sprite got corrupted and now empty. I didn’t have a backup sprite of this. How do I get my sprite back besides starting over…

When you press edit does an undo thing come?
If not I don't think there is a way

I've had something like this happen a couple of times… Was there a gray box with a black question mark on the effected costumes?

There is the messages saying Scratch has crashed covering the Costumes tab.

I didn’t know that my sprites were corrupted until when I reloaded the page. Also the sprite was empty. I didn’t see the grey box with the black question mark.

I hope scratch added a time machine so we can revert back to the older version

Hm…that happened to someone i know, next time you can save it into your computer when it says that.
