INFORMATION
VicOS is a KI Voice Cloud System.
It includes big cloud data,
the best games/animations/videos/simulations out of the scratch community,
it has a much nicer stile then the real scratch website.
Maybe it will include extra apps like PhotoCAM, A software that SAVES photos from a webcam.
It can recognize your voice and can learn new words.
he can learn to distinguish images and thus add people.

WHAT TO DO AS MEMBER
After you Collabrate, you need to wait until @Vic20-TESTER publishes a Project about the first things to do. (This can take max. 1 month)
Create a project on your account with the script/drawing/animation that would help (see in Vic20-TESTER´s Instruction)
If you're scripter, trying to program in as few objects.

Um, so far you have done pretty much nothing. It sounds like an awesome idea, but… It's totally an IDEA. This would take possibly years. I don't think you also have anywhere near enough skill to pull of any of this (judging by your profile). Also, if you want to make a collab asking others to pretty much do all the work for you, don't name it after yourself. VicOS sounds like you, Vic, did all the work. A healthy collab isn't just you having everyone else do the work, and you taking the credit. If you are going to make a collab, either make a less outrageous idea or give others a lot more credit. Actually, both sound good too.

Yeah, its a idea.
But ill try to make it so good as possible.
And, nobody made yet something like that in scratch, so why not try to make something like that?

I have a tutorial for cloud lists and much more.

I just wanned to ask if someone wants to help.
But if nobody wants to do something completely new in scratch and rather make the old stuff, then they can do that.
Scratch is a place to do new stuff and not repeat what others did once.
You can use code from others (when you give them credits), scratch is a place for sharing.

Looks like all say you never can do so cool stuff and not even try it
