9.4 Remove the “Suggestions” forum
This forum is useful for the Scratch Team to see what feedback Scratchers have about the website. Regardless of whether these suggestions will be implemented, the Scratch Team still uses this forum to get an idea of how to improve the website. Furthermore, it promotes discussion of the benefits and downsides of a particular user's suggestion. Despite what it may seem, the Scratch Team does check this forum, and there have been a number of suggestions made in this forum that have since been implemented.
isn't this a bit too obvious

I actually think that “implement more suggestions” is a less obvious and more oftenly suggested one. It breaks itself at that point, too. If they think few suggestions are accepted, why do they think that one will?

Did you read the list? *sigh*

1.6 Cloud lists
Cloud variables currently have several restrictions. There can be at most 10 cloud variables per project due to server costs. New Scratchers cannot use cloud variables, for it is easy to misuse them. Cloud variables can only support up to 256 numeric digits to restrict the creation of chat projects; for more information, see #3.1 on this list.

This block would allow you to create lists to be stored on the servers for everyone to see, similar to cloud variables. However, cloud lists would require similar restrictions as listed above, and the issues currently presented with cloud variables would only grow with the addition of cloud lists. You can still use cloud variables to create a list which contains entries everyone can see, but the Scratch Team will not be adding an easy official way to make cloud lists.

This was just rejected. Maybe it could be added under the ‘Digital currency/Achievements’ section?

It's pretty similar to Scratch achievements

Yeah, I don't think it's much different from what's already on the list.

Can't “bring back” something that didn't exist in the first place.

In other words, what if we added “implement more suggestions”? Well, I guess it gets confusing at that point…

Would it be suitable to add, ‘there is no way to be certain someone is actually 13+’ to the reasons 13+ content is rejected?

I think the following pretty much implies that:
Potential restrictions from entering the website (such as a warning, or requiring a parent to answer math equations) would not necessarily stop an underage child from entering the 13+ website.
There are also plenty of reasons that this suggestion is rejected, so I'm not sure if it's necessary to add that, although straight-up rejecting your request seems a little weird.

Is there a reason you'd like me to add this phrase?

Thanks for bringing this up. If we understand correctly, the issue you’re raising is that it’s hard to be a Scratcher and have members of the Scratch Team share content which may not match your own opinions or beliefs. We understand this concern, and will continue to discuss it as a team.

We think it’s important to explain why we chose to feature a project supporting Pride Month, and why Scratch Team members sometimes share projects or icons related to LGBTQ+ issues. The Community Guidelines say, “Scratch welcomes people of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.” We believe Scratch should be a space for people to express themselves and share what is important to their lives such as race, gender, religion, etc. We feel respectful comments, projects, and studios about LGBTQ+ are appropriate for the Scratch website. When someone shares their identity, or celebrates their friend’s identity, we want to support that. When someone shares something that is against another person’s identity, we see that as unfriendly and unwelcoming. As members of the Scratch community, Scratch Team members create and share projects about topics important to us, and for some of us, that includes sharing LGBTQ-related projects. And we hope this will inspire other Scratchers to create content about topics that are important to their lives.

In regards to concerns about the recent feature of a “Pride Month” related project. We chose to feature this because it was a project related to a current event, Pride Month, which is important to many people on Scratch. Moreover, the project had a supportive message and expressed the desire of a group to be treated with the same dignity and respect as members of any other group - which we think is a cornerstone of the Scratch Community. The decision to feature a project about a current event is not unique. In fact, we often feature projects related to events that are important to many Scratchers. This includes holidays like Christmas, Easter, Lunar New Year, Hanukkah, and Ramadan and events like the beginning of school or Pi Day. We appreciate that Scratchers can remain respectful of the many diverse events and holidays celebrated on Scratch even when some events aren’t important to some individuals.

Thanks and I hope this clarifies your questions.

The reason I posted the quote above is because it's useful, and the topic which contained the quote has now been deleted. Since I included a link to that post in the list (see 7.5), I decided to repost it here.

Private projects are rejected, but what if the project was shared the entire time, this way other people in the community could report if something bad happens to 1 user to another, also limit it to 2 or 3 people at a time.

Seems like something you could make a new topic suggesting.

basically the project is immediately shared so everyone can see it, this way if there was something bad it could be reported, but only 2-3 people could work on it and they would both be scratchers

Oh. So it’s not a private project, it’s still a collab. I see…

Do you have a link to that, out of curiosity?

I suppose I could add a link to it under wherever “unlisted projects” is mentioned…

Here's a fairly old example. Not sure if it's the oldest as it's not closed but I see this suggested a lot and it always gets closed.
