My suggestion is.. can you add a way to scroll through projects? (This is different from this suggestion)

We can scroll through comments, curators, and even activity, i think projects shouldn't be a big issue tech-wise.

I think this feature should be great especially in the SDS, where the point is to add creative projects related to a topic. It's very disturbing for me that you can only see one screen of projects even in the SDS.

Yeah, I think this is a bug. I have had trouble at times with projects failing to load. Sometimes I was able to fix it myself by playing around with the browser zoom value and making very sure I moved to the bottom of the projects page (when it is supposed to trigger loading of more projects).
