1. Well, we've figured out something for that. Me and the mods will have whitelisted chat while beta testers have (Ex: ) (Hey v) ____! (What's v) _____? and clients will have (Ex: ) Hey ____! What's _____? . The blank spaces can be filled out by the client and will be whitelisted
2. PulseAPI and people can run the project acting as a server with a raspberry pi
3. Cleared that up

We would use an external (node.js/python) server, or leave the project running acting as a server… How would we not choose a Linux server for this, it's so lightweight and fast and everything

To make a Georgia server, you have to be in Georgia and set up a server, make sure it runs atleast most of the day. You also have to wait until the project is finished (because you can't make something that doesn't exist).
